The Inpatient and SNF Spell History section will display information if the beneficiary is currently receiving inpatient or SNF care or has received inpatient or SNF care in the previous four years from the date of the eligibility search.

The following information is provided:

• Spell
• Type – Inpatient or SNF
• Start Date
• End Date
• Billing NPI
