- Claim Lines – If the claim was denied, you can view the reason for denial. The ‘Denial Reason’ column will include a hyperlink and provide a ‘Denial Reason Description’
- Claim Overlap – If an overlapping claim is found in CWF, the following information will be provided.

- Facility Type
- NPI
- Duplicate Claim – If a duplicate claim is found in CWF, the following information will be provided.
- NPI for the duplicate claim
