Approved Pending Regional Office Review
For Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs) and Portable X-ray Suppliers (PXRS)
- When credentialing, you will receive an approved pending regional office review status in PECOS.
- National Government Services will send you a letter either by mail, email or faxed indicating your application has been sent to the State Agency and CMS regional office with important information about your enrollment process.
- If you have questions on the status of the state or CMS regional office review or process, please contact the applicable agency.
- Once the notification is received from the state and/or CMS regional office, NGS will finalize the transaction and notify you of completion.
