Acknowledgement Email
Upon receipt of your application submission, the contact person (identified on application) will receive an email confirmation from:
- CustomerService-DoNotReply@cms.hhs.gov containing the PECOS web tracking number.
- NGS-PE-Communications@elevancehealth.com containing the NGS case number for tracking the application.
- The NGS case number/web tracker id can be used to track the status of your application using the Check Provider Enrollment Application Status.
The contact person should be on the lookout for emails, routinely verify spam or junk email folders and add customerservice-donotreply@cms.hhs.gov and NGS-PE-Communications@elevancehealth.com addresses to their safe senders list.
