What to Expect After Submission

Acknowledgement Email

Upon receipt of your application submission, the contact person (identified on application) will receive an email confirmation from:

  • NGS-PE-Communications@elevancehealth.com containing the NGS case number for tracking the application
  • The NGS case number/web tracker id can be used to track the status of your application using the Check Provider Enrollment Application Status.

The contact person should be on the lookout for emails, routinely verify spam or junk email folders and add the NGS-PE-Communications@elevancehealth.com address to their safe senders list.
