Physicians or Practitioners Eligible to Enter into Private Contracts

The term ‘physician’ is limited to doctors of medicine, osteopathy, dental surgery, dental medicine, podiatric medicine and optometry who are legally authorized to practice by the state in which such function or action is performed.
