Changing or Resetting Your EDI Gateway Password
The EDI Gateway Self-Service Password Portal is a simple/secure, web-based process for changing or resetting passwords for EDI Trading Partners. There are differences in the steps for these password functions.
Changing Your Password
- Change your password when you know your current password and it has not been expired.
- When changing your password, it is not necessary to respond to the security questions.
Resetting Your Password
- Reset your password when you have forgotten your current password.
- When resetting your password, it’s necessary to respond to the security questions, therefore, your security questions must be set up and answered correctly before you can reset your password.
