[RESOLVED] NGSConnex and IVR Experiencing Outages
We were experiencing outages with our web portal, NGSConnex and the IVR. Part B providers in NY and CT. were unable to perform transactions via NGSConnex or check claim and appeal statuses via the IVR. PCC representatives were only able to address general inquiries, not specific claim questions. This issue is now resolved.
