New Recovery Audit Contractor

On 4/28/2025, CMS awarded Cotiviti GOV Services LLC the RAC contracts for Region 5 . Region 5 encompasses JA, JB, JC, JD, and the HHH MACs: J6, J15, JK, and JM. Performant previously managed Region 5 and will continue to support administrative and appeals activity until the end of their administrative period.
