Effective 12/1/2021, the EDI Help Desk no longer resets EDI passwords for submitters and trading partners. It is imperative that you set up three security questions prior to using the EDI Gateway Portal.
The EDI Help Desk regularly receives calls from submitters and trading partners who have not set up their required security questions/answers which are necessary for accessing the EDI Gateway Portal.
The EDI Gateway Self-Service Password Portal is a simple and secure web-based process for setting up your three security questions.
Enter your Username and Password. Select Update Profile.
The first two security questions are constant. Once answered, choose and answer the third security question and select Apply.
