PECOS Correct and Resubmit Application Instructions

  • Login to PECOS and select the following:
    •    My Associates
    • View Enrollment for applicable enrollment under Existing Associates
    • Correct and Resubmit for applicable enrollment record
    • Topic View tab
      • Select appropriate  Topic
      • Correct information and/or upload (PDF or TIFF) supporting document(s)
    • Error/Warning Check tab
      • Resolve all errors
      • Verify warnings
    • Begin Submission
    • Signature Method:  Electronic or Upload (PDF or TIFF)
    • Read and agree to Medicare regulations by answering attestation questions
    • Complete Submission button must be clicked to finish application
  • Verify and Mange Signatures after submission by returning to the enrollment box and select Manage Signatures to verify completion
