EDI Enrollment processing update

National Government Services, EDI Enrollment Department will require all information submitted for EDI access to be valid and accurate. Exceptions will no longer be made when validating and processing requests for EDI. If a Packet contains data that cannot be processed the EDI application will be rejected in its entirety. We will no longer process partial forms.

Please remember that you must login with the Trading Partner/Logon ID every 29 days to maintain an active account. Trading Partner/Logon IDs may not be shared or used by anyone other than entity the account is assigned to. Sharing is a violation of CMS’s rules and regulations. Please be sure to keep a record of your Trading Partner/Logon ID as CMS requires the facility/provider to document all access to their Medicare files and the Medicare Systems.
