Description of Issue
Due to an issue associated with the 10/1/2021 release, Part B remittances classified as withholding (WO) are being generated without FCN information. Without the necessary control number, providers cannot cross-reference the reason for financial offset.
National Government Services Action
A correction has been initiated and National Government Services will issue corrected remittance statements as soon as they are available.

Proposed Resolution/Fix
NGS has reissued corrected remittances. All reissued remittances have been mailed as of 11/15/2021.
