Prior Authorization Exemption: 56900 Denials Alert

NGS PA department has denied claims due to non-responses related to the postpayment ADR review for the Exemption process.

Providers may submit the necessary documentation to the NGS PA department for payment, up to 125 days from the original denial date; however, documentation submission will not change the exempt status of your facility.

All providers who received 56900 denials will be withdrawn from exemption. NGS will accept PARs as early as 12/18/2022 for dates of service on or after 1/1/2023.
