After you log into NGSConnex, each page contains a Feedback button. If you experience issues while using NGSConnex, please use the Feedback button to let us know. Your feedback allows us to begin essential research and provide a timely, appropriate solution. If you include your contact information, we’ll follow-up with you and keep you updated of our progress. You can also use the Feedback button to offer suggestions on how we can improve NGSConnex.
