[RESOLVED] NGSConnex and IVR Experiencing Intermittent Issues with MSP Information

National Government Services was aware of intermittent issues impacting some Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) information displayed in the Eligibility section of NGSConnex and returned by the Interactive Voice Response (IVR). In some cases there were discrepancies between the MSP details from the Common Working File and the MSP details returned in the HETS 271 Response. This issue is now resolved.
