Provider Contact Center News ​​​​​​​

Effective immediately, all inquiries must be handled in our PCC.  

Our PCC is responsible for assisting our provider community and are trained to answer your questions. When additional information from other departments is needed to answer your inquiry, the PCC will coordinate that effort and respond back timely to you. If questions are received  in operational units outside of the PCC, the inquiry will be redirected to the PCC for resolution. This will cause the response to be delayed.

  1. Go to the landing page on landing page.
  2. Read and accept the Attestation.
  3. Select your provider type and applicable state, then select Enter.
  4. Select Resources, then select Contact Us, Provider Contact Center.
