Your Feedback In Action – NGSConnex Improvements

We listen to you and are excited to share Your Feedback in Action! You told us that the NGSConnex Printable Views for Eligibility and Remittance Advice were hard to read. Based on your direct feedback, we’ve implemented the following enhancements:

Eligibility Printable View

• Increased the font size so the text is easier to read.
• Added borders around sections so the text displays in table formats making it easier to find headings and read.

Remittance Advice Printable View

• Increased font size to an improved reader-friendly proportion.

When printing either the Eligibility or Remittance Advice Printable Views, we recommend that you set the page orientation to ‘Landscape’ for optimal printing.
