The LCD Reconsideration mailbox is intended only for the submission of LCD reconsideration requests specific to an active Local Coverage Determination, as outlined in Article A52842, Reconsideration Request Process.
Commenting on Draft LCDs
When draft LCDs are available, comments can be made by viewing drafts on the Medicare Coverage Database and selecting the ‘Draft Contact’ email link at the end of the LCD. Comments will only be considered if submitted during the formal comment period. Please send all draft comments to PartBLCDComments@elevancehealth.com.
