If you have forgotten your User ID or password, you are able to receive this information via NGSConnex. On the login screen, select the Forgot User ID or Forgot Password.
If you have forgotten your User ID, enter your email address and the User ID will be emailed to the email address provided during registration.
If you have forgotten your password, you will be required to answer your challenge question you completed during the registration process. Once you correctly answer your challenge question, a temporary password will be generated. Once you log into NGSConnex with the temporary password, you will be required to create a new password.
You will be locked out of your account if you input the answer to your challenge question incorrectly three times. You should contact your LSO to unlock your account and provide a temporary password. If you are the only LSO for your provider organization you will need to contact the Provider Contact Center for assistance.
You are required to change your password at least once every 60 days. You can use the “Forgot Your Password” link to change your password to meet this requirement.
