Account Suspension

If your NGSConnex account has not been used within the last 60 days, the account will be suspended. Once an account has been suspended, you will be required to request reactivation of your account through the Provider Contact Center. To reactivate the user account you will need to provide the following:

    • NGSConnex User ID,  and
    • Associated NPI, and
    • PTAN
    • Last five digits of your TIN

If this information is not available or cannot be confirmed, your account will not be reactivated and a new account will need to be created.
