Approval or Denial

Approval

Once your application is approved, you will receive an emailed, faxed or mailed Medicare letter with your credentials and PTAN listed.

Review this letter to ensure that everything is accurate and if you have any questions, please contact the Provider Enrollment Contact Center.

Denial

If the application is denied, you will receive a letter stating a reason for the denial.

These emails will display from the sender “PEDoNotReply@anthem.com.”

The contact person should be on the lookout for emails and routinely verify spam or junk email folders; adding “PEDoNotReply@anthem.com” address to safe senders list
