Approval or Denial

Approval

Once your application is approved, you will receive an emailed, faxed or mailed Medicare letter with PTAN.

Review this letter to ensure that everything is accurate and if you have any questions, please contact the Provider Enrollment Contact Center.

Denial

If your application is denied, you will receive a letter stating a reason for the denial.

These emails will display from the sender NGS-PE-Communications@anthem.com or PEDoNotReply@anthem.com.

The contact person should be on the lookout for emails and routinely verify spam or junk email folders; adding “NGS-PE-Communications@anthem.com” and “PEDoNotReply@anthem.com” addresses to safe senders list.
