Any entity sending information/requests to the National Government Services EDI Help Desk via email agrees to the following guidelines and any underlying guidelines of National Government Services. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree to the following:
National Government Services reserves the right to change/update the terms of service, conditions, and notices under which the EDI e-mail services are offered. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and additional terms posted on the National Government Services website. Your continued use of this service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
National Government Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the use of these terms of service to any or all users at any time without notice. National Government Services reserves the right to send correspondence regarding software upgrades, system issues, notices, and all other Medicare related information to all users via email, unless otherwise requested not to.
National Government Services shall have no obligation to maintain any content sent/forwarded to them via email. Nor are we required to reply to any sent/forwarded messages by email only. In certain cases, a reply phone call may be needed to complete the request.
National Government Services shall have no obligation to complete any request without all applicable information supplied. Nor are they required to complete a request without the complete cooperation of the entity with which they are in contact.
This service of the National Government Services EDI Department is not designed to answer non-EDI related inquiries. Information or requests will not be automatically forwarded to other Medicare departments outside of National Government Services EDI. All inquiries of this nature will be returned detailing the appropriate entity with which you must contact to solve your request.
