The NGS PC-ACE free billing software is available for NGS J6 and JK providers only. If you are not a J6 or JK provider, the free billing software must be obtained from your MAC.

PC-ACE is a stand-alone claims processing system that enables an electronic submitter to store demographic information, enter and store claim information, and prepare files for Medicare Part A and Part B claims. These files are prepared in the HIPAA-compliant 837 ANSI 5010A1 (Professional) and 5010A2 (Institutional) formats.

Minimum System Requirements

  • SVGA monitor resolution (800 x 600)
  • Windows 8, Windows 7 or Vista operating system
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 4.0 or later (for overlaid claim printing)

Note: When the Windows “Large Fonts” display setting is enabled, the screen resolution must be 1024 x 768 or higher. The Institutional Claim Form and Professional Claim Form will not display properly at lower screen resolutions.

Print Remittance Information

PC Print

 

The PC Print software is available for providers to view and print HIPAA-compliant ERAs from their own computer. The PC Print software is available to you at no cost. This software is easy to use and will save you both time and money if you are currently receiving SPR.

Note: The SPR will be mailed for a minimum of 31 days after the provider number has been setup for ERA. If you submit through a billing service or clearinghouse, or a submitter/sender ID that is currently receiving ERAs, you will no longer receive the SPR effective with the completion of the ERA setup date.

Minimum System Requirements

PC Print is only compatible with officially supported Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Please note that PC Print v4.2.6 is the only version compatible with Windows XP.

PC Print software allows Medicare Part A providers to view and print the electronic remittance advice in a human readable format.

Providers must minimally be using PC Print v5.1.0 to take advantage of the CAQH CORE CARC/RARC Combination and business descriptions included with all versions of the software beginning with V5.1.0.

Providers using Windows XP will need to continue referring to the Washington Publishing Company website for the English descriptors for the codes and the CAQH CORE website to get the CORE Code Combination business scenarios.
