Elimination of IVR Feature to Request Duplicate Printed Remittance Advice

Effective 1/1/2020, Part B providers will no longer be able to request duplicate remittances through our IVR system.

  • If you already receive 835 ERAs through your vendor or have downloaded the MREP software, then you may already regenerate a remit through your vendor mailbox, the MREP software or by contacting your vendor directly.
      • If, in addition to receiving the 835 ERA,you also have an active NGSConnex account, you can view and print remits directly from NGSConnex.
      • If you do not have an NGSConnex account, we encourage you to register so you may view and print your remits.
  • If you do not receive 835 ERAs, but you have an NGSConnex account, then you may already view and print your remits.
  • If you do not receive 835 ERAs and you do not have the ability to view and print your remits via NGSConnex, we encourage you to register now so you may experience the benefits of viewing and printing your remits before 1/1/2020.
  • If you currently use an approved clearing house or billing service to submit claims electronically, they may already offer ERA as part of their services (contact your vendor or clearinghouse to learn more).
