National Government Services J13 Transition PC ACE Pro32 Software for GHI and FCSO Trading Partners Only

The National Government Services version of the PC ACE Pro32 claim submission software for GHI and FCSO electronic submitters is now available. If you currently utilize the PC ACE billing software that was supplied to you from either GHI or FCSO only, you will need to obtain the new version of PCACE. GHI trading partners MUST complete this upgrade before you will be able to submit claims to National Government Services .

If a GHI or FCSO PCACE user does not have the ability to download the upgrade from our Web site, a CD of the software may be requested. Please complete the software order form found on our Web site as follows: http://www.ngsmedicare.com/ngsmedicare/PartB/Resources/Forms
/MC13722.pdf. National Government Services is waiving the $25 fee for the CD for this transition only. Future CD requests for version upgrades will require the $25 fee.

FCSO trading partners may transition to National Government Services with the FCSO version of the PC ACE Pro32 software by following the instructions on the J13 Web site for the appropriate software changes. We strongly encourage these users to upgrade to the National Government Services version as quickly as possible as the FCSO version will expire in August 2008. The software may be downloaded from the National Government Services Web site as noted above or a CD may be requested for those who are not able to download the upgrade. The fee for the CD will be waived for the upgrade program.

In addition to the upgrades, National Government Services is offering a full installation package for new users. The full installation is also available for download on the National Government Services J13 Web site: http://www.ngsmedicare.com/ngsmedicare/PartB/Claims/EDI
/Software/pcace_j13.aspx. If the trading partner does not have the ability to download the full installation, a CD may be requested by using the form as indicated above. There will be a charge of $25 which must be included with the request form. The request form and check should be mailed to the address indicated on the request form.

A User Guide and Newsletter are also available on the Web site to assist with use of the software and documentation of changes to the software.
