Training Sessions Available for Virginia and West Virginia Migration
As a reminder National Government Services, Inc. will be transitioning to the Companion Data Systems (CDS) data center for the Virginia and West Virginia Part A workloads on Tuesday, November 11, 2008. To assist our providers with this transition, the EDI department is pleased to offer two one-hour training sessions in November to assist you with your initial log in to the FISS system. The original dates for the training on November 6 have been canceled. Please note the new schedule below. These sessions will help you establish your login ID and password and assist you in using the Automated Password Reset tool. Below is the information needed to dial into these training sessions.

New user IDs will be distributed during the week of November 6 via the contact method specified on your online contact form that was to be completed by October 17, 2008.
Space is limited for each session so we recommend one user at each facility attend a training session and assist other users at your office with their initial logon. If you have any questions, please contact the EDI department at 877-273-4334.
