Illinois Part A Enterprise Data Center Transition
The Enterprise Data Center (EDC) transition for the Illinois Part A workload is scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, 2008. As a reminder, the FISS/DDE system will be unavailable for Illinois users only on Saturday, August 23, 2008 and Monday, August 25, 2008 in preparation for the production cutover.
All new FISS/DDE user IDs have been distributed as of Tuesday, August 19, 2008. If you did not receive a new user ID, you must apply for one by completing the DDE Accountability Agreement located at
http://www.NGSMedicare.com/ngsmedicare/PartA/Resources/Forms/0708DDEUserIDAccoutabilityAgreementR2.pdf . New user requests will be processed after August 26, 2008 and returned to you within ten (10) days of the transition.
