The Customer Care Contact Center is a valuable but limited resource. Most information about a claim can be accessed through Claim Status Inquiry (CSI) or the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. These tools are your first stop for claim-specific information.
Suppliers should make it a practice to consult the Jurisdiction B DME MAC Supplier Manual and quarterly bulletins for policy and procedure information, and utilize CSI and the IVR for claim information.
