Connex

National Government Services developed a Web application aimed at providers/suppliers and offering access to a wide array of Medicare information. This application, called National Government Services Connex, provides beneficiary eligibility and entitlement information, queries for your claims status, viewing of your provider/supplier demographic information, queries for same/similar information, viewing of financial data, ordering of duplicate remittances, initiating reopenings and redeterminations requests, obtaining the status of your redeterminations and reopenings requests, submission of prior authorization requests for Power Mobility Demonstration (PMD), submission of Advanced determination of Medicare coverage (ADMC), and more.

Connex also offers superior search capabilities that make it fast and easy for you to find the information without having to place calls to the National Government Services Provider Contact Center or the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. Centralized data housed within Connex will ensure quick information retrieval and consistency.

Connex is available to you now at http://www.NGSConnex.com. External There is no cost for access to Connex and it only requires users to have an e-mail address and Internet access. To obtain access to Connex refer to the instructions below.
