National Government Services’ Information Technology divisions are appraised at Maturity Levels 3 and 4 using Carnegie Mellon’s SEI CMMI. NGD, a division of National Government Services, achieved a Maturity Level 4 appraisal.
National Government Services developed and maintains the NGD system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. NGD interacts with all Medicare claims processing systems and other multiple government data sources which is capable of hosting 20,000 agents, thousands of Web users, and processes over 7.5 million inquiries per month.
